If you are stay at Malaysia, you should very familiar with ASTRO. ASTRO is the region’s leading cross-media operator with direct-to-home satellite television services in Malaysia. And we staying at Malaysia have no choice than ASTRO because they have been monopolizing the paid television service in Malaysia.
I went to Giant Kelana Jaya for the ASTRO subscription because they are having promotion in Giant. The sales person is quite nice with the promise the ASTRO will install between 3 days. After 3 days of waiting, they still haven’t called me for the installation. So, I went back to Giant and seek for the assistant. But they said they not able to help me because of the shift changing and they don’t know who is actually in charge of that and will need some one to assist me in the near future. Lucky I got keep that person’s phone number, but I tried to reach him since morning but not able to reach him.
I will wait for the final call today, if not I will call ASTRO directly to ask about details as they claimed that they are coming from ASTRO.
