Gonna share with all of u guys a very bad experience that I had recently.
I bought 2 items from an electrical shop in ss2, named Legend. I bought an induction cooker and a fridge.
Incident 1
The induction cooker costs me 170 with a “FREE” cooking pot. I tested it at home after buying. The bottom of the pot went burnt right after I put the pot on the cooker, and the mode I chose is “Fry”. I was very upset, so I went back to the shop to ask about it. The salesman told me that the pot is memang bad quality, so I can’t expect more than that. And so they refused to refund me the $$ and was saying that I actually spoilt the pot. After all the talking and argument, my offer to them is that I “pay” for the “FREE” pot and I’ll get the balance back. But the salesman told me that they need time to check for the price of the pot. So I need to wait. They suggested me to go back and wait for their call. So, fine! They’ve promised to call me back in the afternoon, but they DID NOT! Until I called them again the next morning, they told me that the “FREE” pot costs RM30. OK, fine again! I went back to the stupid shop to get my “spoilt” pot and balance of $$ back. Went there and I had to explain the whole thing again to one of the bosses because the salesman is busy entertaining other customers. After another round of explaining, I finally got my RM140 back. Oh ya, and with the spoilt pot.
All I wanted to say is that the service there really sucks. I mean I can understand there will be defect units for all sorts of product. But it is the way they “entertain” me that makes me sick. They tried every way to delay me. Send back to service lah, call to check for the cost lah, normally it takes 3 days lah.. all sorts of excuses. They are just trying to delay your time, so that you feel impatient and leave.
So, stay away from Legend although it is cheap!
