Ineffective employee

In your life, you might met some Ineffective employee which under you or maybe work together with you. They will cause you to work more and need to help them to finish their project, and at the same time you have to finish yours. This is some of the example I got it from my experience.

Ineffective employees are always missing the dateline and ask you to help in their unfinished work. End up you need to explain why it delayed. However they will never treat it like their fault and complaint about the workload or timeline that given is short. But they never willing to work extra hours to meet the dateline.

No discipline in all area makes that person ineffective in their work. Always went back home earlier, always late, always take medical Leave, and always take emergency leave.
These are the habits that make you ineffective employee. Imagine if you hire some one who always take emergency leave and Medical leave, how can he catch up with the project's movement?

So, be careful when want to hire some one under you. Make sure they are effetive enough in their work.
