Google Email/Share Widget

Google has launched a new service called Google Email/ Share Widget and it also known Google Shared Stuff. This is something like bookmark services for sharing web pages. The installation is you need to log on into the google account and add/install the service as one of the bookmark for your IE.

The Brief description will be seen at the main page:
Right-click the button below and select "add to Favorites". Then, respond "yes" to the security question, and choose the "Links" folder to add it to. If your links are not currently visible, right-click in the toolbar part of the browser and select "Links".

After Installation, the link will be added into your Favorite list.

Email-Share Link

Google Shared Stuff also creates a personal page for you where you can list out all the web page you have shared. You can also update your Google profile at the main page. The profile is directly transferred from your gmail profile, all the changes for profile will affect your main account profile setting.

There are 3 options you can share the web site:

  1. Share it at your Google Email / Share Widget page.
  2. Email the Web page you are currently browsing to a friend.
  3. Sharing web site on various social bookmarking services such as Facebook, del.icio.us, social Poster, Reddit, Furl and Digg.

There is a stat from Google Email/ Share Widget that shows you how many times the page you are looking at has already been shared by others.

It look like google are taking a move to Social bookmarking service. so, enjoy sharing.
