I need more time to stay at home.

This thing happen after I moved in to my new house, I think I need more time to spend for my lovely new house. After I moved into my new house for a month, and I am still have no more time to stay at home and spend more time with my new house. What a world!!

Working hours is the most longest time that take me out from my house and I don’t even have chance to enjoy what I have bought to my new house. When I reach home, it’s already sleeping time.

Weekends were mess up with friend’s celebration event like birthday, weddings. And this weekend also the same as I need to attend my friend's house warming. Oh gosh!!! I need more time to stay at my house and I really truly need more time!!

There are lots of reasons why people create a blog and started to post about what they know, their interests, their life. Some people treat it like a public daily for their friends to catch up with their life and understand more about their life and every details they like.

Printer needed

I am looking forward to buy one new printer for my house use, currently doing research and survey on what to buy. I am quite long never own a printer as I seldom print things at home. Today I am thinking of get one for my new house to make my house complete with home needs.

I think main thing to see is the picture quality, I will do some printing at home for some photo or my thesis. Might think of getting one with scan and print, and also can plug and print with USB port, so that I can directly print from USB.

In the process of searching, I will consider to wait for another PC fair to come and do the search at there for the best suitable printer for my own use. Any suggestion please drop me a comments.

How to avoid from gossip that you don’t like?

I am kind of people don’t prefer office politic and gossips. But Office politic is a natural scene that you can see from every company. Staff A and Staff B taking lunch and at the same time taking their sweet time talking bad about their boss and colleagues and even worst criticized their boss when meet up.

Even worst a bounce of people meets up at café and discusses about bad and good about their company and even emotionally saying bad things about their bosses. What is can be happen? This is because we all are human and we all got habits. Sometimes I did it, but not my current colleagues of cause. But sometimes I really like to avoid this. Because I don’t like to get involve in the gossip gang. So, how I escape from this? I got my own style of handling it.

1. I only hang up with people who interests in others thing more than office’s matters like soccer. I like to join people who watch soccer during lunch and always discuss about what is happening in soccer. So, during lunch you got nothing to discuss related to office because you are keep yourself busy with soccer’s news.
2. I keep quite when they start to talk bad about bosses, no because I like my boss. It’s I prefer is keep these things out from your colleagues as they are part of the company and will spoiled their mode to work hard in this company and stay positive in their positions.
3. I will argue with some people who really playing bad office politic, just to avoid from sharing the same point of view with them as these people are good to avoid during lunch time.
4. Always have lunch with difference people as I don’t prefer grouping in office, this scene can be seen in any company, as people like to hang around with people that agree with their view. Soon or later they will become a group.
5. Lastly, Start a topic out from the office’s topic and let the topic become the main topic of the hang up section is one of my tactic for not to get involve in gossip party.

So, this is me. Some people think I am weird when come to the situation where they started enjoy the gossip because I just keep quite. But I think I quite enjoy to get along with every people in the office, because treat friends as asset of my life and I really appreciate every friends I met in my life.

Friends

Yesterday was my best friends wedding and I was able to be with my ex-colleague for the wedding event and last night I enjoy every moment when we hang up together when his wedding dinner. It was a tired weekend I had with the event need me to travel all the way from PJ to Kajang 4 times in 2 days.

Memory flash back as I seldom hang up with them in these 4 years since I moved far away from them and busy with works and life. I think I am kind of left out from them, but I still feel very comfortable when hang up with them every time. So, I appreciate every moment I can able to join them for activities and hang up.

Really hope that this relationship can last for very long because friends are important in my life. Thank you for all friends that make my life colorful with memories.

My Idol: Ryan Giggs

Ryan Giggs, a name that make me choose Man Utd as my favourite English Premier League club. Many of Manchester United fans should know how good he is in the soccer world. And for those who anti Manchester United also should know how good Ryan Giggs is when come to his early age and flying like a bird and beaten lots of defender and created lots of chances for their striker to scored goals.

Ryan Giggs added some respect from me when he decided to play for Wales instead of England in National team. I think his loyalty about his country and club is the greatest example for all footballers. I still remember some skill shown by Ryan Giggs when I was in secondary school time make me admire him and I always ask for Number 11 when I am playing football with my friends. I think some of you might feel the same like me.

Back to his history in Soccer world, Giggs was spotted as a 14-year-old by Manchester City and it is rumoured he trained with them wearing a Manchester United strip beneath his City training gear. His talent became widely recognised, and Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson went to his house personally to urge him to sign for United instead of City, and he joined them on 29 November 1987 - his 14th birthday. Giggs ended up signing with United after 3 years of training Scheme.

This morning, Ryan Giggs broke Bobby Charlton's all-time Manchester United club appearance record when he replaced Paul Scholes after 87 minutes of the Champions League final against Chelsea at the Luzhniki Stadium. What a great achievement for Ryan Giggs for759 appearances as per now with Manchester United.

I am great to see his achievement today and I hope he can play for more session to come and he already a legend for Manchester United and also football world. I think his place in Manchester United is irreplaceable for me.

Congratulations for Ryan Giggs and please bring more excitement to us in football.

Manchester United: King of Europe

This morning was a happier morning for me in this year as Manchester United beaten Chelsea to become King of Europe by take home trophy of champions League. Forty years after first winning the European Cup at Wembley in 1968, and 50 years since the Munich tragedy, Man utd got it right in the penalty shootout again and won it for 3rd time in the competition.

Edwin van der Sar was the hero as In dramatic penalty shoot-out victory over Chelsea after Terry missed the spot kick and let Man Utd got the chance to beat Chelsea. Obviously Man Utd was the better side in that match and they deserve to crown King of Europe.

This year, Man Utd doing very well with winning premier league champions and they made it double after won champions for European Cup. Hope Man Utd can bring more cups in the future and we should settle down and ready for the Euro 2008 kick off.

Something new in my life

I am trying something new for last few days, I am changing my lifestyle since I moved to new house, I started wake up earlier even during weekend. Started to manage my things follow the timeline and started to think more about how to make my house look comfortable.

I tried doing gym as my new condominium got this facility, and started to swim when I am free. This is a good activity and can really keep me healthy in return. I am going to control my weight and plan to loss some weight because got feeling telling me that I am a bit over weight and not healthy recently.

I hope this is a good move in my life and going to be very healthy and busy life ahead.

Working on Wesak day

Malaysian should know that today is the Wesak day and it also declare as a public holiday by government for this special day for Buddhist. Wesak Day is the most important festivals of the Buddhists in Malaysia and fall in the month of May, this should be common for all Buddhist in Malaysia, but some how not many Buddhist in Malaysia celebrating this day.

Wesak day is celebrated to commemorate the birth, enlightenment and death of Lord Buddha because according to Buddhists, all the three events took place on the same lunar date. The celebration for the Wesak day begins much before the dawn when the Buddhists gather in Buddhist temples for worship all over Malaysia. Today the celebration is done with prayers, chants, offerings and giving alms. So, this is a day for Buddhist eat a vegetarian diet prior to the festival in order to cleanse and purify themselves.

If you still not wake up yet just because you are enjoying the holiday, I am telling you that you are so lucky to have holiday today. because I am here in my company and working as normal day because my company never declare wesak day as a public holiday. I think government need to work on the standard for the public holidays, do we really need to work on public holiday and not even can claim Over time for working on today?

But it still ok today as many people is not working today, and traffic is not jam today and not so noisy around my area. So, I feel like working on Sunday.

EPF Smart Kiosk

In Malaysia, governments setup a fund for employee to keep their money for their retirement. The fund named Employees Provident Fund Short form EPF. It actually get employer to contribute 11% and employee themselves and keep the fund for retirement use and also provided fund to buy their first house from EPF second account.

It has been hustle for people who live in village and know nothing about internet to access their fund details. So, in line to make it service more accessible to the public, self-service EPF smart kiosk will be installed in more banks in nationwide. They already started with CIMB banks, list are below:

Thomas Cup final

I just finish the Thomas cup final and China beating all the odds and won it from Korea with beating Korea 3-1 in final. Korea playing an unsporting match fixing at the first round and try to arrange final meet up with China and they got what they wish and entered to their first final ever in Thomas cup final.

I think this is a fair result as China is the better side of the final meet up. In Malaysia, it’s because this is a non Malaysia final and People in Malaysia are maybe not very interested with this Thomas cup final. But I am with the game from the beginning until the end.
Obviously I am with the China as I don’t really agree with Strategy that played by Korean in the first round of the Thomas Cup with purposely lost all the game and make the meet up with Denmark then Indonesia and china in Final. But until the end, I think China deserve the trophy as they played fair game from the beginning.

For Korean strategy, I hope this is the last time I can see from the Thomas cup history as sportsmanship need to be in place no matter what game you are in. Congrats to China for winning the Thomas Cup. They will celebrate all the way to Beijing, Let's see what will happen in Beijing.

My office people also feel very excited with the game, but unfortunately we need to work and the game started 2PM when we are working in the office. The only thing we can do is checking result online.

I am hoping Malaysia can win the Thomas this year and let the whole Malaysian enjoy a holiday declare by government after the win. hehehe.. This is the most important part of the winning. Why take medical leave?

Have you even tried to apply medical leave when you are sick and your boss ask you why take medical leave? Maybe not so impolite, but you can feel the sarcastic sense from their word. Ok, I got it this morning.

Yesterday I went to Hospital for the fully check on my chest as I am having cough since Monday. So, I make up my mind to check at hospital. This is also because of my mom just infected by TB virus and Doctor asked me to do the scan and see whether I am infected or not. So, I decided to do the scan yesterday. This morning when I shown my Boss Medical leave certificate, He asked me why take medical leave?

I directly said I am doing the checking for some reason, one word he reply that make me really shock about his personality is “small-small thing also take medical leave. You look at me, I only taking not more than 3 medical leave a year.”

I was stunned with his words, and I still remember for the past 2 years I had been working in this company. I am a record holder for the Medical leave taker, because I was 0 medical leave for 2 years. This year is a little bit out from my previous record, but this is just my third Medical Leave. I think this is because of my 0 records in the past 2 years, and my boss feel that my performance is drop compare to the last 2 years.

So, I learn a lesson today. Please do not practice 0 medical leave in your company, because when you take Medical Leave in the future, they will get shock with you. And feel that your commitment to company are dropping and your performance also dropping.
