I am in the technical team for an IT company for the last few years, and when come to this company I have to deal with end user for their data entry and system control and training. When come to manage end user to disciplinary key in data, I really got problem on it.
In this company, people who using the system are not really educated with high education and not familiar with computer. I trained them for millions of time in order for them to have a better understanding of the application that I develop here and until now, they still keep coming with error. And this time the error are too much about just error, they don’t even act like they know system.
I have to give up this task as I am out of idea for managing this kind of people, they don’t really speak human languages. Their manager are also out of idea and started to pass this task as my responsibility, but sad to say that they never listen to me as they are not reporting to me.
So, conclusion is I don’t think manage non-IT end user is not my expertise and I have to surrender this task to other people who really can make them listen to.
