I received a call from Airasia about buying some insurance offered by their company. At first, I am quite ok with their briefing. When come to the last part, I am quite shock with their statement said: “ if you agree with the insurance, we will fax you the plan and we will subscribe for you, therefore we already have your info about credit card and personal details. “

Wow!!! They can keep my credit card info and just submit the form for me without my signature and anything????!!! So, I questioned the operator back about privacy broken issue. What if your company just gives out my info to other company? How can your company keeping my credit card info. Is this legal?

Until today, I still don’t understand why company can keep our credit card info and this is not right. I thought we only use bank to verify all the info. And company should not keep our info at the first hand. Then this will be very dangerous for people like me, always like to use online service. Sigh~~~
